  • Ulta CRAP.com

So I was browsing online and found the most AMAZING deal on Bare Minerals cosmetics on Ulta.com

Being as excited as I was, I quickly made the purchase and then told many friends about it.

So imagine my embarassment when Ulta cancelled my order with NO notification to me.  They apparently decided that it wasn't one they were willing to honor.  Something that already is stupid.  Why the HECK would you promote something and allow your website to do it.  Then not honor it?  I mean seriously!  It's YOUR mistake.  Own up to it!

But they didn't even notify me.  The woman was like... oooh we so usually notify people and blah blah blah.  Seriously!?!  What kind of customer service is this?  Do you NOT realize you sell a luxury good?  I can SO chose not to use you.  And that's definitely what I've chosen to do.  I will not be ordering from Ulta.com no matter HOW good the deal unless they compensate me.  This is just crazy stupid!

  • Janice on I'm A Celebrity... CRAZY

So in my half asleep state, I'm watching "I'm a Celebrity, Get me Out of Here." My first reaction to the show is that Janice (the ex-super model... the one who is definitely useless now) is quite tiring. She's shown a personality that isn't positive on any front. Now I know there is a certain amount of manipulation and editing. However, I cannot imagine them editing the scene of her taking the granola bar before the winners get to it.

And then to make comments about it in confession as if you had not done it! That's just wrong. Denying is normal, but to do so in confessions. I'm disappointed and as a fan of America's Next Top Model. I do not NOT believe she has any right to give advice to the models. I do not care what experience she has, for someone with that personality. I do not believe anyone should learn from someone like her. Plus she seems to go against all the principles that Tyra Banks seem to try to teach the models. Maybe THAT'S why she hasn't been back.

Lord I hope she isn't around, because it isn't about drama for me. This is about nonprofit organizations that help people! Everyone is working their butt off for their organization and she hasn't even talked about hers. So I wonder if she's even named an organization. Or maybe its to one that'll give her back a little ... benefit. Either way, she doesn't deserve to stay!

  • My First Bill

There it lied, my first bill.  And in my silliness I actually felt excited.  This bill represented so much.  It symbolized my independence.  I was finally in my own place.  My first apartment, my first responsibility.  I will have to actually balance my checkbook.  Wish me luck because I am now going to pay my first bill.

  • Williamsburg & VA Beach

So I spent my weekend absolutely fabulously!

Sad part is that Mei is now gone.  Very sad.

Anyways, my weekend was spent with Mei, Oppa, Kare, Tiny and Simmy.  We spent Saturday at williamsburg at Oppa's timeshare (Williamsburg Plantation).  It was very beautiful place and very enjoyable.  I'll have to look into timeshares later when I have more money or something.  Maybe when I do know I will travel quite a bit.

So I drove there and I have to say it is quite far away.  Maybe Kare was right about how far Americans drive.  We do drive quite far away.  Before we went to Williamsburg, Oppa, Mei and I got the men's hair cut.  Though there was no noticable difference in their hair.  After arriving at Williamsburg and moving in, Oppa, Kare, Mei and I went to a Hibachi Grill for dinner.  It was a lot of fun and not too overpriced.  [Well it was more for a dinner/lunch.]  Afterwards, we went to the Prime Outlet near Oppa's place.  We all bought something from Under Armour.  I even got an under armour tank top.

After shopping for a little while, Mei and I went to the pool.  We swam for a tiny period of time (like 20 minutes) before going back and showering.  There was major time pressure because we wanted to go to the movie to see Kung Fu Panda!  That movie was surprisingly GOOD!  There were lots of typical martial arts moves, such as a fight with chop sticks.  It was all very wonderful and Mei loved it so much!

Sunday we spent it at the beach.  Though we arrived very late (11 o'clock).  Oppa was the brave one and he would often go beyond the "waves" with me.  Where you could easily float without fear of the white waves.  At first Tiny was very nervous about the waves, but I finally convinced her to trust me enough to float out there.  With the wade-board, it was easy to convince her to stay out there.  Apparently, she did not hate it too much.  Simmy also was convinced to go out there and he ended up staying out for a very long time.  To the point of when we were about to leave, he would not leave.  He was saying something about "catching the big one."  Definitely need to get him some surfing lessons.

Mei was the only one who would not stay out for extended period of time.  However, I could not force him to do anything.  Afterall, Mei is his own man.

Oh so to conclude, I am now officiall TANNED!  I do not want to be so tanned *pout*.
